Avanti BusinessSuite is licensed on a subscription basis. You pay an affordable recurring fee for on-going use of Avanti BusinessSuite and receive software updates and email support for the lifetime of your subscription. Your subscription also includes an initial one-on-one remote training session and access to an accountant copy of the software for your accountant to use on your behalf.
When you subscribe to Avanti BusinessSuite you set up a recurring payment and your subscription is renewed automatically on each anniversary of your original subscription.
Yes, simply send an email with your cancellation request. Your subscription runs for 1 year and your Avanti BusinessSuite software will operate until the expiry of your current subscription period. We do require that you notify us in writing of your cancellation at least one week before your subscription is due for renewal.
Yes, we do offer the option to pay monthly however it does work out more expensive, paying yearly effectively saves you 2 months fees each year compared with paying monthly. Please note that your subscription & subsequent renewals are for a minimum term of 1 year whether you pay for your subscription monthly or yearly. Knowledgebase and Email support is provided as part of your subscription to ensure you always have access to the support you need. See our Support pages for details. We also provide an initial one-on-one remote training session with your subscription to help you get going with your initial questions. In addition we offer an incident-based telephone support service if required which is available separately.
The telephone support service we offer is incident-based. You can purchase a 3 or a 5 incident pack which are valid for 1 year after purchase. An incident is defined as a question relating to a specific, discrete support query. Each incident may require several interactions with our support team to provide a resolution and we also provide remote dial-in and priority email support to help us provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Separate support incidents must be purchased for assistance with multiple support issues. If you will require access to telephone support for your Avanti system we recommend you purchase your incident pack when you take out your initial subscription to ensure immediate access to our telephone support service.
The number of users you need is based on the number of Named User accounts. A Named User account is required for each person who will use your software at some point. It is not based on the maximum number of people who will be using the system at any one time and it is not based on the number of computers you install the software on.
There is no limit to the number of PCs you can install the software on. For single-user you must ensure that the software is never used on more than one PC simultaneously. For multi-user provided the PC is on your network and can access the data held on your file server you can use it to access your Avanti business system.
